-KarasuCat has a right to refuse any commission that makes them uncomfortable in any way
-All Artwork on KarasuCat is strictly SFW, any NSFW will be posted to an Alt account you can request the handle for at the time of the commission.
-Any NSFW commissioners MUST have their age in their bio, if not the commissioner will be blocked
-Communication will be upheld throughout the entire process. The commissioner will be notified when the commission has been started and will sent WIPs throughout the process.
-A 50% downpayment will be required upon approval of the sketch for the commission to continue.
-The customer has the option of 'Running it blind' meaning that they will provide a reference sheet with their general idea of the commission before giving KarasuCat full artistic liberty of the artwork. The commissioner will receive no visual updates until the commission is complete. They will, however, receive updates on when each step of the process is completed.
-If a commissioner backs out after a sketch has been completed, 10% of the down payment is non-refundable and will not be returned.
-The rest of the payment is due before the commissioner can receive the commission.
-If the commissioner is to charge back unprompted, they will be asked for the reason. If the commissioner doesn't respond, they will be blacklisted.
-If the commissioner sends pornographic content as a reference, please provide a warning beforehand (I don't wanna get flashed)
-If the commissioner decides to move and/or delete their account, please provide Karasucat with another way to contact you about your commission.
-If the commissioner decides to use Karasucatt's works for the training of AI models, they will be blacklisted.
